A few notes for Group Leaders:
*We recommend each group books no more than two dates per calendar year to maximize fundraising potential for their group.
*Blast the info out early and often to your group! Parents are busier than ever and always appreciate the reminder. We recommend announcing your event at time of booking, 3 months out, 1 month out and 1 week out.
*Speak with your group and decide if you’d like to keep your event private (only members from your group may sign up) or if you would like to event members of the public to join. We suggest making your event ‘public’ if you have a small group or organization to help increase your fundraising opportunity.
How it works:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will book your FUNdraiser Event. This deposit will secure your date/time
for your fundraiser. You pick your date on our website and submit your deposit online via credit card or check.
Due to high demand, we are unable to hold spots without securing the $100.00 deposit.
Once a deposit is secured, that date/time is yours!
*MINIMUM # OF ATTENDEES: 15 (because PFRs are in high demand, and there are a limited
number offered throughout the year, events with fewer than 15 at 11:59pm two days prior
to the event, will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited).
Earn your deposit back!
*Under 25 registrations – no donation
*25-59 registrations – 50% of deposit donated back to the school/organization
*Over 60 – Full deposit donated back to the organization
